Parents and schools need to work together for the betterment of the students. Parents play an important role in providing support and building the confidence of their children. Parents should check some of the tips or activities they can use to develop their children’s confidence and improve their school experience.
Teachers Pay Teachers may be used as a supplement to curriculum; however, a replacement of board approved curriculum is not an option at MNE.
The Mount Nebo Elementary PBIS Behavior Flowchart is a guide for determining and responding to student behaviors. It is not intended to replace professional judgment or common sense.
Staff should consider the severity of the behavior, student age and developmental level, circumstances surrounding the incident, safety concerns, patterns of behavior, previous interventions, and individual student needs when determining the appropriate response.
Not every situation will fit perfectly into the flowchart. The individual circumstances of each situation will always be considered.
